Our Dental Group is Proud to Provide Convenient Personal Care

Dentist Manassas VA families have counted on for over twenty years, that’s exactly what Dr. Faranak Khasraghi, DDS, DMD built when she opened County Center Dental Group in this rapidly growing part of Northern Virginia. Patients here aren’t files in a system. We know your face, your history, and the names of your kids.

That kind of familiarity is rare, and it’s one reason people drive past other offices to see us. Our dental team handles everything from preventative dental care and dental cleaning visits to cosmetic dentistry, restorative care, and children’s dentistry, all in one location that’s been serving this community since day one.

Our Mission

Dr. Faranak Khasraghi, DDS, DMD started this practice with a clear belief: people deserve a dentist who levels with them. That philosophy has shaped every policy, every hire, and every patient interaction at County Center Dental Group for two decades. Dr. K won’t recommend a crown if a simpler fix will do. She won’t recommend anything she wouldn’t accept for herself or her own family.

Her mission extends beyond clinical outcomes. It’s about making sure your oral health improves over time because you understand your situation clearly, not because a treatment plan was handed to you. Real preventive care, honest dental diagnoses, and genuine relationships are what drive this practice every single day.

Why Choose Us

Our Dental Services

Veneers

At County Dental Group, our veneers use natural-looking porcelain to cover existing teeth, improving color, closing gaps, and creating better alignment. We use the newest porcelain materials to craft shapes that blend seamlessly with your smile and last for years. Combined with teeth whitening, this treatment delivers the confident, beautiful smile you’ve been dreaming of.

Our process is simple and designed with your comfort in mind. Our dental professionals will shape your teeth, take impressions, and build accurate models to design your custom fit. We place temporary veneers first, then finish with permanent ones hardened securely in place.

Invisalign

Straightening teeth is now easier and more comfortable than ever with a series of clear, removable aligners that gradually shift teeth into proper alignment. Unlike traditional braces with metal wires and brackets, this approach lets you eat freely, brush normally, and smile confidently throughout treatment. Every few weeks, you simply swap to a new set of aligners, slowly guiding your teeth toward the perfect smile.

At County Dental Group, our dentist will assess your unique needs and map out a custom treatment plan from start to finish. Aligner wear time and total treatment length vary based on each patient’s goals. We make the entire process straightforward so you can focus on enjoying your results.

Porcelain Crowns

Porcelain crowns fully cap damaged teeth to restore their strength, shape, and appearance in a natural-looking way. They are a trusted solution for protecting weak teeth, restoring fractures, covering implants, and replacing large fillings when little tooth structure remains. Because they are fixed in place, they function just like natural teeth for long-lasting, reliable results.

Our dentist at County Dental Group will evaluate your tooth and recommend porcelain crowns when they best fit your needs. We carefully match the crown’s shape and shade to blend naturally with your surrounding teeth. The result is a strong, comfortable restoration that looks and feels completely seamless.

Dental Implants

Losing a tooth can make everyday moments feel uncomfortable and self-conscious. Dental implants solve this by replacing the entire tooth structure, from root to crown, creating a result so natural that most people forget they ever lost a tooth. Because the implant fuses directly with your jawbone, it also prevents the bone deterioration and facial changes that untreated tooth loss often causes over time.

At County Dental Group, our treatment planning goes beyond simply filling a gap. We assess your bite, bone density, and surrounding teeth to build a solution built around your mouth specifically. Our clinical team uses precise placement techniques to ensure the implant integrates properly and the final crown matches your natural teeth in shape and shade. Whether you’re replacing one tooth or several, we focus on outcomes that restore both function and the confidence to smile freely again.

Overdentures

For those who have lost most or all of their teeth, everyday tasks like chewing a favorite meal or speaking clearly can become real daily frustrations. Overdentures solve this by fitting over a small number of remaining teeth or implants, creating a removable restoration that stays far more secure and comfortable than traditional dentures. That added stability means less slipping, more confidence at the table, and a natural feel that makes a genuine difference in daily life.

County Dental Group builds each set of overdentures around the individual, factoring in your jaw structure, remaining teeth, and long-term oral health before our restorative dentist finalizes your treatment plan. We take detailed impressions and measurements to ensure a precise, comfortable fit that works with your mouth rather than against it. The end result is a restoration that gives you back the freedom to eat, speak, and smile without second-guessing every movement.

All-on-4

When an entire arch of teeth is missing or failing, the impact goes deeper than appearance. Nutrition suffers, speech changes, and the jawbone begins to deteriorate without roots to support it. All-on-4 tackles this comprehensively by securing a full set of fixed teeth onto just four implants, often making complex bone grafting unnecessary and reducing overall treatment time. For many patients, this means walking out with a functional, complete smile in a single day.

The all-on-4 process at County Dental Group begins with a detailed evaluation of your jaw, bite, and health history to determine whether same-day teeth are a realistic option for you. Our restorative dentist then works alongside our clinical team to position each implant at precise angles, maximizing the natural bone available and ensuring the final arch sits comfortably and evenly. What sets this approach apart is how dramatically it shortens the road from tooth loss to a fully restored, permanent smile.

FAQs

How long does a typical dental visit take?

Most routine dental appointments, including a cleaning and exam, are completed within an hour. More involved visits, such as those requiring X-rays, a new patient workup, or restorative work, may run longer depending on what needs to be addressed. Our team moves efficiently without making you feel rushed, and we’ll always give you a realistic time estimate when you book. If you have a tight schedule, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to plan accordingly.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit starts with a thorough review of your dental health, including X-rays, a full exam, and a conversation about any concerns you want to address. We take the time to understand your history, your goals, and any dental problems that need attention before recommending anything. You’ll leave with a clear picture of where things stand and what your treatment options are. There’s no pressure to commit to a full plan on the first day, just an honest assessment and a path forward that makes sense for you.

How does your practice support patients with gum disease?

Gum disease treatments are part of the care we offer, and catching early signs is a key focus of every dental cleaning appointment. If our hygienist or dentist identifies concerns about your gum health, we’ll outline the appropriate next steps, whether that’s a more frequent cleaning schedule, scaling and root planing, or monitoring over time. Gum disease is manageable when it’s identified early, and our team is experienced in guiding patients back to healthier baselines without alarm or exaggeration.

Can adults get braces or alignment treatment at your office?

Yes. Dr. Khasraghi is Invisalign certified and offers clear aligner treatment for adult patients who want to correct misalignment, close tooth gaps, or refine their smile without traditional metal braces. Aligners are removable, nearly invisible, and tailored to your specific case. During a consultation, Dr. K will assess your teeth and let you know if you’re a good candidate, how long treatment is likely to take, and what results you can realistically expect. It’s one of the more popular cosmetic treatments for adults who want results without disruption to daily life.

Is this practice a good fit for patients who haven't been to the dentist in years?

Absolutely, and you won’t be made to feel bad about it. Gaps in dental care are common, and our team’s first priority is simply getting a clear picture of your current oral health so we can build a plan that works. Depending on what we find, preventive care and restorative care needs may be recommended in stages to keep things manageable. This office has seen every kind of situation, and yours won’t be the first. The goal is always to move forward, meet you where you are, and help you build dental habits that actually stick.
