Faranak Khasraghi, DDS, DMD
Dr. Khasraghi (Dr.K) has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over twenty years and was voted as “America’s Top Dentist” in 2009. She was voted Northern Virginia Magazine’s Top Dentist every year from 2013 to 2018.
She received her DDS degree from Shiraz University School of Dental Science in 1992. After practicing dentistry for several years, Dr. K attended the University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine from 2001 to 2003 and completed the Advanced standing program and earned her DMD degree.

Eight years of extensive academic training in dental school, combined with many additional hours of training with the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Care and USDI (United States Dental Institute), give Dr. K the ability to provide the best care for her patients. She wants all of her patients to have optimal oral health and a beautiful smile.
Dr.Khasraghi is Invisalign certified and is a lifetime member of USDI and Dawson Academy. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Northern Virginia Dental Society.

Josephina Lac, DDS
Dr. Josephina Lac lives in Richmond, Virginia, where she completed her dental program at the Medical College of Virginia, graduating Cum Laude and with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) in 1998. She then attended the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in Maryland, completing her cosmetic residency and receiving a Certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 1999. Dr. Lac later attended the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, where she completed a 3-year specialty program and received a Certificate and Master’s Degree in Advanced Graduate Studies in Pediatric Dentistry in 2003 and 2004. Her pediatric dentistry training has led to a wide range of expertise, from simple cleanings to management of special needs patients, conscious sedation, pediatric dental rehabilitation, dental surgery, and orthodontics. Her passion for dental care and dedication are reflected in her attentive chair-side manner, where she enjoys interacting with her patients and teaching them about oral hygiene and preventative regimen. She strives to provide her patients with the utmost care and comfort to help her patients become actively involved in their own oral care.
Dr. Lac is fluent in several foreign languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese, and some Spanish. Dr. Lac was born in Vietnam but was raised in Hong Kong and attended high school and college in the United States. She grew up surrounded by other children and believes that her love of pediatric dentistry originates from her own experiences and love of children. She is also a dedicated humanitarian, volunteering her time abroad and at home: volunteering in Jamaica, Boston, Norfolk, VA, and at neighboring West Virginia. She has participated in Operation Smile, providing dental care to orphans and the impoverished in Vietnam and China. In Maryland, she participated in Mission of Mercy, a non-governmental organization that provides free healthcare to those in need. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, art, water sports, biking, skating, reading, and gourmet cooking.

Khashayar Changi
Periodontist
Dr. Changi is a Board Certified Periodontist who completed his specialty training in Periodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, in the City of New York. He is currently the President of the Alumni Association. Dr. Changi has the expertise to diagnose and manage all types of periodontal and implant-related diseases and conditions.

He treats patients in both non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment modalities. He also has extensive experience in all facets of oral implantology, including immediate and delayed implant placement, digital treatment planning, guided bone regeneration, implant temporization, and management of all implant-related diseases. His extensive training enables him to treat patients comprehensively using a multi-disciplinary approach.
Dr. Changi has been recognized for many awards. To name just a few, 1st place at the Tannenbaum/Schoor memorial competition at the Northeastern Society of Periodontics and the Scholarly Presentation Award at the NorthEast Implant Symposium for ‘Cytocone Technique’. When Dr. Changi is not treating patients, he enjoys skiing and playing golf. He and his wife enjoy traveling.

Fariba is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, class of 2006. She has dedicated her career to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for her patients. She emphasizes patient education, individualized treatment planning, and prevention. Fariba is committed to clinical excellence and is known for establishing strong, professional relationships with her patients. She finds great professional fulfillment when patients achieve measurable improvement through consistent care and adherence to preventive guidance.
In addition to her clinical work, Fariba values lifelong learning and professional growth and attends numerous educational courses each year.
Outside of her work, Fariba enjoys baking, spending time in nature, and planning family functions.
